Everything you need to know before getting started.
The Dizzy Clinic is a cash-based, out-of-network telehealth physical therapy practice. Payment is due at the time of service, and we do not bill insurance directly. Upon request, you'll receive a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement policies vary by plan and are not guaranteed.
Please contact us directly before scheduling to discuss eligibility and coverage considerations specific to your plan.
Dr. Emily is currently licensed in Maryland, with licensure in Delaware in progress. We're only able to treat patients physically located in a state where she holds an active license at the time of your appointment.
We're expanding! Use the interest form to join the list — you'll be the first to know when we're able to treat patients in your state. Patients outside our current licensed states may be subject to a State Onboarding Fee once we do expand.
A private space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera. For dysautonomia evaluations, Dr. Emily requires at least one method for measuring your heart rate and your blood pressure. For heart rate, this could include a wearable device such as a watch, a chest strap, or a pulse-oximeter. For blood pressure, a home blood pressure cuff works well. Looking for recommendations?
